Donna Bland

She is now responsible for developing customer relationships, managing the retail staff, human resources and branch operations. Donna also coordinates the Bank’s retail banking distribution system, which includes internet banking, mobile banking, Estatements and ATMs. Donna is a member of the Bonfield Lion’s Club and is a director of the Bonfield Community Center.

Corinn is actively involved in her community with leadership positions at her church, Herscher Chamber of Commerce and Herscher Foundation, among others.

For the last 15 years her primary focus has been in compliance, auditing and as a fraud specialist. Jennifer monitors all regulatory changes and provides personnel training, documentation review and policy and procedure updates as needed. Jennifer is an executive board member of the WIN committee of the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers on committees at Kankakee School District 111 and her church.

Kathy is responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the branch, and providing leadership for the tellers and personal bankers. She has a considerable knowledge of the bank’s core processing system. Kathy prides herself in providing superior customer service. Outside of banking, she raises poultry and serves as the Assistant Superintendent of the Poultry Barn for the Will County Fair.
